H&R Block Kamloops

After a bit of a rocky start to the 2021 tax preparation at H&R Block at Lansdowne Village, District Manager, Darryl McCaskill swooped in to save the day! Not only did he personally see to the correction of the initial situation, but also went far and above by contacting me personally and helping me out with a previous year issue so that I wouldn’t have to deal with the CRA directly, making my life much easier during a busy tax season. It’s honestly refreshing to see Incredible personal service in today’s increasingly lackluster service arena. Once again, I thank you Darryl for your kindness, my hat goes off to you my friend for a job well done! See you again next year! Fantastic!

My taxes were filed by Daniel and I am extremely content with the way he has followed the procedure. Moreover, he did not shy away from difficult questions and for someone who has limited knowledge in this domain, he made sure that I understand the "Why(s)" and the "How(s)" of it.
