The way they speak to her and in the most professional sweetest way she will respond back and still sit there with a smile on her face. I have watched her keep children busy while she was extremely busy. I have listened to her explain our health care system to those who think it's 'HER' fault they can't be seen for their medical concern, the compassion this woman has, anyone would be honoured to have her as their employee, I've never seen someone be so organized, calm and in control. Good job young lady, i always look forward to coming in and seeing your beautiful smile.
