Absolutely fantastic customer service! I emailed on a Friday morning about renting out a fancy sd card for Saturday, a day they are typically closed. But they made it happen! And then when I went to upload my photos, I realized that I didn't have the correct adapter to do so. After a small panic attack, The Film Factory saved the day and allowed me to use their personal adapter to move my photos onto my laptop. A very hectic day was made possible thanks to this fantastic company! Thank you guys soooo much again, will most definitely be back!

If you need to rent some gear, go here! Jeff helped us out and made our trip from Ontario possible. Also an amazing space. With a beautiful studio and cyc wall, on site Foosball. If we come back to shoot again this is the place I will be renting from.

Jeff, thanks for the time and professionalism you displayed during the recording of our video. Your passion for what you do is obvious and we couldn't be happier with the work you have done.
