Absolutely fantastic customer service! I emailed on a Friday morning about renting out a fancy sd card for Saturday, a day they are typically closed. But they made it happen! And then when I went to upload my photos, I realized that I didn't have the correct adapter to do so. After a small panic attack, The Film Factory saved the day and allowed me to use their personal adapter to move my photos onto my laptop. A very hectic day was made possible thanks to this fantastic company! Thank you guys soooo much again, will most definitely be back!

The livestream website was easy to use and all of the people watching said it was easy to access and wonderful to be able to watch our wedding while being able to see us and hear us clearly (groom was mic’d). I have had the opportunity to work with Amaros both professionally as well as personally. Stefan did an absolutely amazing job capturing a promo video for a new product I am launching. Extremely fast reply time with many very helpful suggestions and ideas for the shoot. The shoot itself went very well with very good guidance and professionalism. As for the final product, WOW! I cant believe the quality of the content he was able to create for my brand!
