We had a window failure from 12 years ago on our cabin and I was pleasantly surprised, they actually honored the warranty. Lexy was extremely pleasant and helpful to deal with and the process was flawless. They were friendly, professional and so helpful. It's quite refreshing to deal with a company that has integrity and will do the right thing. Our sincerest appreciation to this wonderful crew of people.

We bought the Euro tilt and turn windows about 20 years ago for our remote cabin. We didn’t want any trouble and went with the best quality available at the time. Turns out it was a great decision. Only now did I have some trouble with one window, called them, spoke with Lexy and then Darryl who managed to sort my window out over the phone. So relieved. What great service and knowledgeable people. Would absolutely recommend.

We just had a minor “fit and finish” issue with our new windows. We contacted VinylTek for help, and the process was literally “how can we help? When can we schedule? …. And it was done. The repair tech was friendly, tidy, and fast is an understatement. So glad we ended up using VinylTek because the customer service experience is basically flawless.
