Crystal Tree Yoga

A sacred space, a professional studio with a variety of teachers and classes. There is something for everyone here, if you feel called to explore yoga and Absolutely beautiful space and energy. The class schedule is consistent and therefore it’s easy to stick to a regular practice routine. The instructors offer modifications and understand ones limitations. On the first visit the yoga teacher showed me around the studio, explained the sign in process and answered all my questions. She even remembered my name the following week. Feels very welcoming. There are lots of blocks, bolsters and free mats, water cooler and cubby space in the room to put your personal belongings.

Such a lovely studio! Very interesting variety of classes. Very friendly teachers and students; There’s a true feeling of community here. I’m so glad I got to experience practising at Crystal Tree.

The Kriya yoga here is magical. This is not just a "yoga class" its an experience that has tangible benefits in very practical ways. Something about it alters how your body feels immediately.
