Sun&Moon Yoga

This studio, offers a yoga student the opportunity to develop a personalized practice, beyond Asana. I consider Marianne, one of Montreal’s best yoga teachers. If you are a teacher yourself, and have been looking for “that place” you will find something here. New students to yoga, will find a supportive community where every breath opens the door to a new you. This space welcomes all levels of practice.

Sun & Moon is the most pleasant and intimate space to practice yoga. All of the teachers are very knowledgeable and they live and breathe the true spirit of yoga. I highly recommend all of the classes and Marianne's incredible yoga teacher training and workshops.

I attended the gentil yoga class on my layover. The studio was a quick 40 minute walk from the airport. Cathy was fantastic, she took the time to make everyone comfortable!
