The Yoga Nest

I've never done Yoga, but I'm looking forward to some really good stretching at the Yoga Nest Aurora. The owner Rebekah is just absolutely amazing. Her personality is filled with warmth and love for others. In this time of isolation where alot of people were already struggling with depression or other forms of anxieties I'd strongly recommend that you speak to her for opinions that may benefit you.

Rebekah has a fun-loving, passionate personality and is able to translate a deep love of yoga to her practise. Her ability to clearly define poses and next steps with proper form is not something widely available by other yoga instructors. Thank you, Yoga Nest Aurora.
