All I can say is wow! Let me start of by saying thank you to the Ducktoes team for getting me out of a major jam! I had an broken lcd display screen that was also the computer system for an expensive steam machine! Unfortunately getting a replacement unit sent out would have taken several months due to the shortages. To make matters worse, nobody in the city would take on the challenge, since nobody was familiar with the unit. Ducktoes was my last stop before calling it quits. The team there was excellent, the service was top notch, they kept me updated with the process, and best of all THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX THE UNIT!!
