Our two year old water heater ruptured and the installer would not make contact with us so after 3 days of waiting I reached out to Centennial Plumbing. I explained the situation and they sent a service technician Kade over in an hour to assess the water heater. He was able to obtain warranty and found the replacement water heater available next morning. By 8:30 the next morning Kade had picked up the new water heater and started the installation process. He removed the old water heater without any mess and had the new heater up and running by 10:30. He was very respectful of our house and just a nice friendly professional. I can’t say enough good things about Kade and dealing with Centennial Plumbing. They followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied. We will definitely be using their services in the future.

Hi Devon from Centennial serviced our furnaces today. He was knowledgeable & so pleasant to work with. He took time to explain the results & all the checks he made. He answered all our questions & went over furnace filters. We feel our furnaces are ready for the coming winter. We highly recommend Centennial Plumbing & Heating

Paul was on time, and very thorough in evaluating and explaining my vent problem. It turns out that my heat register is fine, and that the room in question is likely colder because it is on the NW side of the house. I appreciated Paul giving me his full care and attention while figuring out my problem.
