Ascend Airdrie

I was so grateful to come across Kelly and his team at Ascend a small handful of years ago. Being in business for 16 years and having filed many tax returns, I had not yet found a truly professional and reliable team until I met Kelly. I was impressed at his rates, honesty and professionalism. Long gone were the days of dealing a "home brew" accountant who would forget to file my taxes, or file late, or sometimes disappear for months on end. Finally, I could find an ACTUAL brick and mortar business where a receptionist answers the phone (and she's fabulous) and a whole team of established and certified accountants can look over my inquiries and returns! I have never had an issue with my filings and I appreciate the reminders each year to go along with being ahead of the game. I always know I can call or email Kelly with any questions or concerns and he or his team is "on it" within hours. It is also amazing to have financial statements which come in handy when dealing with banks-something many accounting firms don't offer. I like to see my numbers and be educated on how to tax plan and business plan. You get full 5 star service with Kelly and his team. I will NEVER go anywhere else. If you want reliability and "accountability" (total pun intended), put your money in your local Ascend team and watch it come back to you ten fold with the incredible service :)
