Yumi is an absolute gem and if you're suffering in any way, you need to call her. Not only is she one of the most skilled acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine Practitioners I've ever met, she's kind, compassionate and endearingly caring. So many of my own natural health clients and students have testified to her expertise - she's transformed their health and eased their pain every time. She's one-of-a-kind and blends her knowledge of ancient laws & principles throughout her treatments, along with a refreshingly hilarious sense of humor that feels therapeutic in and of itself. If you're lucky enough to book with Yumi, you'll know exactly what I mean when you get to experience this wonder of a woman and her craft.

Yumi is AMAZING. I have been suffering from PCOS for years now, and my doctors have been prescribing meds for me that have not been working. I met with Yumi and she has been giving me special Chinese Herbal medicine, and it has significantly helped! This plus a combination of acupuncture, and I am finally getting my period...3 years later! I've only been seeing Yumi for a couple of months now, and whatever she has done has worked. I am beyond thankful!

Yumi has treated me for a few months for chronic pain from spinal compression fractures. Pain management is the medical option. I am thrilled with Yumi’s obvious expertise and persistence to deal with this. And it is working! My pain has gone from 18 hours a day to random and some days pain free. Her belief that the body can heal is so inspiring.

Highly recommend this clinic. The entire team is simply amazing. From the very first phone call to my last visit, I was greeted and treated with warm sincere care. I completed 4 rounds of acupuncture to turn my breech baby at 35 weeks. Doctor even opened the clinic to complete treatment on a holiday (Good Friday) as clinic was closed but my treatment required 4 consecutive days. The treatment worked and my baby is now in ready position. Thank you Grand River Acupunture!

Absolutely impressed and happy with the service and treatments. From the first asessment i felt like i was in great hands. I was hoping to find a natural way(no meds) to beat insomnia/anxiety caused by a hard life event and after the 1st treatment i was back to normal sleeping pattern. Truly miracle workers!
