Relationship Matters Therapy Centre is an excellent centre with a wide range of therapists that are ethical, diverse, with expertise in a variety of themes and modalities. I can personally vouch that this space is one of safety, compassion, care and genuineness. I highly recommend for all of your therapy needs. Carling in particular, is one of the most caring, supportive and knowledgeable therapists I have ever met.

Relationship Matters Psychotherapy has a great Instagram page providing tons of videos with tips for therapy, coping with various struggles and personal and relational growth. I know Carling personally and can vouch for her good work. I have also heard the same from clients who have seen her historically and found her to be very helpful.

I've been with Rick for almost a year after searching for a psychotherapist that I could connect with and provide me with the tools I require to help both myself and my family. I honestly can't put into words what Rick has done for me. He demonstrates empathy, compassion, humor and has provided tools to help me grow as an individual. I've been to several social workers/psychotherapists but Growth Counselling has demonstrated such integrity but also their approach to help people. For me personally, one of the approaches has been the Acceptance and Commitment, this has been a live changer for me.
