Charlie and his team are the friendliest people you will ever meet. Every time I go to the pharmacy, I am greeted not only with a smile but I am called by name. Every single time. Where else does that happen?! My prescriptions are filled so quickly, I hardly ever wait. I am asked how my medication is working for me and how I’m doing. My husband recently changed pharmacies from SDM to IDA. Charlie took care of transferring his prescriptions for him and it was done with ease, no issues at all. I have always felt like I was not just a client but a friend. The personal care is above and beyond.

Been going to this pharmacy for almost 4 years since we’ve moved to this area and they are absolutely fantastic. Great service, on time and absolutely courteous. They went out of their way to get me a prescription filled even on the weekend one time (despite being closed) given the urgency. Charlie, Patrick and the entire team are exceptional here. Gladly moved all our family’s prescriptions here from Costco. Highly recommend.

Charlie and his team are the best around. They go above and beyond to get to know their patients, stay late and make house deliveries for the convenience of the patient. Forever grateful for making a switch to Townline IDA.

I recently moved my prescription from Shoppers and found the pharmacist to be very knowledgeable, understanding and friendly. I always went to Shoppers but I was very unhappy with their service, until my friend recommended this place and I am extremely happy with their service.

Absolutely love this pharmacy. Always friendly service. They go above and beyond to make sure I always have my prescriptions.

Very kind, fast service and not a high traffic pharmacy so it was great when I had to go with multiple children.

I have had an amazing customer service experience at Highland I.D.A Phamarcy. I have recently switched Pharmacies, because of the wonderful staff at this location. Sam is very nice, knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend.

It is the best drug store in Cambridge!! Everyone is so friendly and so helpful... and their prices are the lowest anywhere in the city!! lots of parking.. I used to always go to Shoppers untill this Drug store open the best move I ever made going to IDA and they call you by your first name which I like a lot.

Excellent service friendly staff. Good prices. Sam is very knowledgeable.
