Wonderful experience. Pleasant, professional staff. Reception and booking were first class. Office is very clean, and I was seen promptly. My hearing assessment was conducted by Dr. Jennifer Gadoua, whom I found to be very knowledgeable and detail oriented. She took great care to explain what she was testing for and made sure I could understand and appreciate the results. She has a great clinical demeanor which puts you at ease, and she clearly loves what she does! That speaks volumes. You know when you are at a place where everyone seems happy and motivated? This is that place.

Can’t say enough about how great and professional the staff are. This is my 3rd set of hearing aids from them. It always gets better and better. Jennifer is my Audiologist Doctor. She is truly amazing as a doctor and a human.

My hearing test was given by Jasmin Dhaliwal-Dhillon and it was a pleasant experience. She made me feel comfortable during the whole visit and was able to answer my questions. Since my appointment, I've asked for help with filing a claim. She's been amazingly helpful with the applications and is very quick to respond and follow-up. Dr. Katie was exemplary in her professionalism, empathy and care and certainly product knowledge and awareness of general concerns around hearing loss. I would advise anyone who believes they may have even a little bit of hearing loss to visit and enjoy the best hearing test experience of your life, followed up by first-rate recommendations with an eye (ear) to aesthetics, and certainly cost and insurance coverage. Go nowhere else. This is a great way to check into your hearing health, which of course, is connected to your overall health.

I have had only good experiences here with both the staff and the doctor. I have been to them twice now and they are all very nice and the doctor always explains things very clearly and is very helpful. Thanks to all.

I like the modern technology where the hearing aids are so small that they are invisible from the front. The people at Listen Up are very friendly and don't make you feel like you are hearing impaired. I was not pushed into getting extra equipment but was explained my options. I have already recommended them to a friend. If hearing is a problem then Listen Up is definitely the solution.

Upon arrival I received a friendly welcome from staff. During my appointment, Mercedes provided me with answers to all of my concerns and more. Definitely glad I chose Cambridge Hearing Centre.

I went to this clinic. They are really nice. Mercedes Carreiro Was so helpful. It’s nice to have a company that will help submit the quote for approval. She made me feel great about having to wear hearing aids. Nice they have rechargeable hearing aids.

Had an amazing experience at Amplifon for my first ever hearing test. Informative, friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
