We had a bat in our home and after doing some research, realised that we probably had more than one. After researching companies we decided to call Skedaddle. Andrew was quick to respond (on a Sunday) and was able to come and check out our home shortly after. Andrew did an inspection and and provided his recommendations. We scheduled for the work to be completed and within less than 48 hours Hemant and Mark were at our house (at the exact time scheduled) to complete the required work. Both Hemant and Mark were great, they explained in detail the work that was going to be done answered our questions (they were very knowledgeable) and completed the work with no issues. Before leaving, the services were once again reviewed and the follow up visit was explained in detail as well. They also left no mess behind. Overall a great experience and a great team to have perform the required work. Thank you so much!

Living in the country means mice can come into your home, even with 3 cats around. Called skedaddle and we were lucky enough to have Sarah and Hemi out. They were extremely professional, very knowledgeable and of course, kind. It is a big peace of mind knowing these two took control of our situation.
