I have enjoyed living in this beautiful apartment for over 2 years. The amenities are wonderful, the customer service from our management is exceptional. Numerous times I have needed support or repairs, no matter the time or day, they’ve returned my message and tended to the issue immediately. Our building is well maintained, I am proud to recommend 49 Queen St. to anyone looking for a place to call home.

I absolutely love living here!! I have a ground floor apartment with an amazing view of the river! There are bound to be issues when living in close proximity to neighbours but for the most part I've been very fortunate. I never hear noise from neighbours above or beside me presumably due to the concrete walls. The superintendents are very responsive to any concerns. The building is kept very clean. The rooftop patio is an amazing benefit as is the gym and social room.

We have called it home for 5 years. It's a great place to live. We use the terrace, the fitness room and the social room is always a great place to socialize, read a book and meet new residents. Installing the beehives on the roof is a wonderful way to help the environment. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help whenever anyone needs a hand. Hespeler is a wonderful little community. We plan to stay.

I love living here! My husband and I just moved in and the property manager Keith was excellent in informing us and accommodating to our move In to get us all settled! Additionally the maintenance staff is amazing they were quick to resolve all of our issues! The place is clean, the people here are friendly and overall the vibes are safe! Would recommend moving here if you guys are looking for a place.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Lena Crescent's wonderful employee Selina, over the past few weeks while trying to find the perfect apartment for my parents. They're coming from Belleville to be closer to me and my kids. It's been a bit of a stressful process to say the least, but Selina had gone above and beyond to make things as smooth as possible. I have really appreciated her prompt responses via email to my many questions! Lol She has been professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Selina and the community team. They are very helpful and efficient. I love living here and would highly recommend for anybody to move here. It is central to all my needs.

I have lived at Greenbrier Place since it opened and can say you will not find a better building in Cambridge. The apartments are modern and affordable, the amenities that of a condo building, and the friendliest managers and neighbour's. I have never regretted choosing Greenbrier Place and often share all my positive experiences with friends, family, and co-workers. If you are looking for a new home this should be a top choice.

As a tenant at Greenbrier Place, my wife and I agree it's a beautiful, relaxing and comfortable place to live. Everything is clean and well appointed. Staff and supervisors here are wonderful and make living here all the better by being a part of it! They attend to anything that needs doing in the apartment quickly. It's the little touches that count, and we're SO grateful to be able to call this our home.

This building accepts all kinds of races. Am african American with mixed kids and we've never felt more safer than any wheels. Lived in this building for 3 years now. No complaints. First time I've lived somewhere, where the management actually cares. They go out of their way to help ,make you fell at home and they're the neatest management ever came across.
