I was checking out different jewelry stores at the mall looking for a white gold chain for a pendant prices were far more reasonable then any others. Patrick was so patient and helpful while I was making a decision on what to choose. Then helped put the new chain on my pendant. Would definitely choose Yangs for jewelry!!

I recently purchased two watches and a jewellery. The customer service and the product both are extremely amazing and I am really satisfied with the overall product. Stella has been a wonderful person in the store who not only helped me with everything but also expedited the delivery of the product. She coordinated the whole process and was very professional. Love to see that people are really understanding and caring for their customer and ready to go extra mile. Great work. Kudos to her !!!

Raffi’s has incredible customer service! I went in store last year to look at wedding bands and their staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn’t decide so I waited and went home. I called today from another city to see if they were still carrying my top choice and not only did they make sure I had it but they went above and beyond to give great service even over the phone. Elena was so patient and helpful! This store has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. I can wait for the order to arrive!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Madison at Raffi Jewellers(Cambridge location) to find the ideal wedding ring, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. My fiance and I visited the location in Cambridge a month ago to inquire about wedding bands. The service was exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about Rada who treated us like friends and not just customers. We returned today for their show to inquire about a custom wedding ring and the interactions we had with every person was phenomenal. There really is something to be said about family owned businesses. I will definitely be returning for any and all future jewelery needs.
