Enjoyed the previous weekend at heritage meadows st pattys event. The kids still are talking about the sundaes and games they played while they visited their grandparents. I currently have my Home Instead office located on the third floor of Heritage Meadows Gracious Retirement. Since moving to this location I have had nothing but warm welcomes into their community. I would like to Thank the office staff, especially Shazam, Jeanette and Christina for making this transition as smooth as possible. Secondly, I would like to thank the residents of the building for making me feel like part of the team I look forward to growing with your community.

The staff at Queen's Square truly is the best. It is evident right from the start that your loved one is not a number but a person with their own unique needs and challenges. Every day the team works together to provide a level of care and compassion that I have not found anywhere else. Vikki and Rosalyn are so caring and welcoming and always help the residents even if it is not even remotely in their job description. Christina in nursing is so kind and makes sure every resident is well cared for. She manages a wonderful team that is always ready to help. A special nod to Lakshmi who had a special ability to convince my mom when she was stubborn about accepting the help she needed. If you are thinking about finding a retirement home for yourself or a loved one you could not find a better place. You will instantly feel like family.

Chartwell Queens Square is a fabulous place to live. My mother lived there for 8 years and loved it. My mother-in-law recently moved in and although being apprehensive about the move, she has settled in wonderfully. This is mostly thanks to the excellent staff. Caring, attentive, knowledgeable about seniors needs and so kind. From the manager to the nursing staff, to the chef and all the kitchen help. Everyone knows your name and you’re treated like family. The location is great, food is varied and delicious, lots of activities to enjoy and new friends to meet. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Queens Square. I feel so at home when I walk in and hope that I can someday in the future move in too!
