3 Best Apartments For Rent in Coquitlam, BC

I lived at Braemar Gardens for three years. It was a great place to live. There are a couple of parks within walking distance, as well as grocery shopping and other stores nearby. I am going to miss the easy access to amenities. The rent includes hot water and heat (which is hot water baseboard radiators) so that is a nice bonus. The management team is excellent and I always felt that they were approachable and responsive. The building ALLOWS PETS, which is hard to find and very welcome. It is also a non-smoking building. (although some tenants sneak out onto their balcony) One thing of note is that the water does get turned off about once or twice a month for maintenance. Management always lets you know ahead of time and most often it is turned back on sooner than expected. A bit of an inconvenience but really not a huge issue. I've never had a problem with noise from the neighbors, but if you face the street you will have traffic noise. There is no way to avoid that. If I ever need to move back to the area I will absolutely try to go back to the building.

We have lived at Braemar Gardens for almost a year and have enjoyed every minute of it. The apartment is newly renovated with a modern design. The management team are very friendly and helpful whenever we have required assistance and/or maintenance. They are also great at communicating upcoming building maintenance or other routine changes that tenants need to be aware of. The building is conveniently located near the Lougheed and TCH highways, shopping centres, the Cineplex and restaurants. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to live and rent in Coquitlam.

I lived at Braemar Gardens for ~3.5 years and it was such a lovely experience! Brenda and the management team there were always happy to help with any issues that came up with my suite - they were just a call away. They are constantly making nice updates as well (eg. changing hallway carpets, updating landscaping and entryway etc.). It's a nice place to live with a friendly community of tenants.

I recently moved into 55One, and I couldn’t be happier. The staffs are incredibly friendly and organized, the building has a lot of amenities and its also pet friendly. The neighborhood is calm and the location is perfect, everything I need is close by, (Safeway, Shoppers, Dollarama, YMCA, restaurants, and SkyTrain), making it a wonderful place to live. The units are spacious and all the furniture are new.

Fantastic building with great amenities! The management team is always responsive and helpful, making it easy to feel at home here. The shared spaces are kept clean and well-maintained, and the location is super convenient, with shops and cafes just a short walk away. Love having access to the fitness center and lounge areas.
