I rarely leave reviews unless the service is exceptional and this is one of those cases. Recently bought a new Chev Trax 2024 at Eagle Ridge GM through the help of Josh. I was looking for specific features and style when I first contacted Josh on facebook, he kept me on his radar and let me know when a model that fit my criteria was coming in. While I had to wait for the new vehicle to arrive on the lot, he kept me updated and was great with communication. I was able to hold the vehicle with a deposit of only $500 which was fully refundable in case I didn’t like the vehicle. It was a very easy process and gave me peace of mind knowing I wasn’t locked in but still had the vehicle if I wanted. Josh also hooked me up with a $200 esso gift card which really made it all worthwhile. Josh is very cheerful, courteous, competent, knowledgeable and was amazing to work with. He made the process so easy and always kept me informed. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thanks to Josh in sales and Kathy in finance. I look forward to working with him and Eagle Ridge GM again.

What a refreshing difference it was to deal with such a professional and customer service orientated dealership. From my first enquiry regarding a vehicle until delivery, they made sure everything was looked after, I was completely satisfied and that they provided me with top notch service. I highly recommend this dealership and will be back for other vehicles for sure.

Highly recommend going to Eagle Ridge GM! I had a great time working with Josh during the purchase of my vehicle, very accommodating to their customers also quick to answer any questions and concerns that you may have. I travelled 11 hours to purchase my car from them so that alone should tell you a lot!!! Happy shopping.

I have never looked forward to interacting with car sales people all because of the things I hear from other people about them, how untrustworthy they are. Those were proven wrong the day I interacted with Adam at Kia West when it was time for me to buy my first car. My entire experience with Adam from the first day I got in touch with him till the day I took delivery of my vehicle (2013 Ford Fiesta) was beyond top notch. Since then, I have sent 3 more customers Adam’s way and they all bought cars from Adam and have all come back with similar and even better experience. I will recommend anyone who wants to purchase a new or used vehicle any day to go to Kia west and see Adam. Thank you Man Of God for all you do for people.
