Earl Haig is a wonderful residence for adults. My name is Karen Thomas, I am writing this review on my son's profile. My Mom lived at Earl Haig from July 2012 until March 2021. Mom was very happy at Earl Haig and did not want to leave. She is 92 and in long term care and misses everyone. The staff get to know the residence and form connections. I feel that they truly care for the individuals. The management are easy to talk to and easy to work with. I had confidence and reassurance in knowing that my Mom had some independence but did not have to cook her own meals and always had people around her. I highly recommend Earl Haig.

I've lived at the Earl Haig Residence for over 5 years. The staff are very friendly, helpful, honest and caring. The residents are like a family - it's a comfortable, relaxed environment where we truly find our golden years.

I am here with my dad and to help him move in and set up his new life,,,I have been staying with him for the past 2 weeks and feel compelled to write this review . In my dad's own words, "This is heaven - I like the management, the staff and the residents. Plus, the food and entertainment is top-notch, first class. And the building is always nice and clean!

My mother will be moving into Parkwood Manor in a couple of weeks and we have been so impressed with our experience so far. Theresa Lange has been outstanding to work with... wow! Throughout the entire process, she has been responsive and attentive with explaining the many offerings Parkwood Manor has to offer and securing the perfect suite for my Mom. She has a wonderful demeanor and has been helpful beyond words. We've interacted with several members of the Revera team and it is abundantly clear how much they care about the residents. So impressed with the countless small touches - everything from the homemade scone and cookies after our first visit to the fabulous jacket my Mom received as a welcome gift. Even the Chef stopped by to introduce himself! The space is well thought out, offering a variety of well-designed areas for residents including comfy lounges and wellbeing rooms. The programming seems great, it is resident-driven and includes everything from shuffle board to yoga. From the moment my husband and I walked into to Parkwood Manor to check it out for my Mom, we had a good feeling and it gets better with each visit :) I'd like to thank Theresa, and the team she works alongside, for all they have done for my Mom and us. It's been really great and we can't wait for her to move in!

I have spent a considerable amount of time researching retirement homes for my parents, and I am happy to say that Parkwood Manor has exceeded my expectations in every way. In particular, Theresa Lange has made the process seamless and stress-free. Her warm, welcoming nature immediately put me at ease and her patience in answering all of our questions was truly appreciated. Theresa never made us feel pressured in any way and was sincerely interested in making sure Parkwood Manor was the right fit for my parents. She introduced us to all of the staff who were equally welcoming and kind. Thank you Theresa! Thanks to you I know we have made an excellent choice.

I highly recommend Parkwood Manor as an independent living residence for senior citizens. A close family member of mine lives at this wonderful residence and really enjoys his retirement there! The staff are caring and attentive; the food/meals are healthy and delicious; the suites are comfortable and modern; and the facilities are excellent, clean and spacious. Retirement is wonderful at Parkwood Manor!
