Irene at Design Happens was recently recommended to me by the painting company I hired to help with my colour selection. I am so pleased with her and her recommendations. She was always readily available and happy to help me with any and all questions I asked. She is personable, professional and a very talented designer. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking to create a beautiful and fabulous space! Thank you Irene!

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Irene and Eileen from Design Happens. Irene helped us select paint colors and lighting fixtures for the entire house, and Eileen had all our window treatments replaced with new ones. Both ladies are very professional, knowledgeable, reliable, personable, considerate and good listeners. The end result has been excellent! The drapes, roller shades and blinds recommended by Eileen have transformed our house. We would definitely recommend Irene and Eileen for any interior design and window treatments projects.

Irene Fraser of Design Happens was very highly recommended to us by a homeowner in our Strata complex whose previous Heritage Home's exterior she had decorated to high acclaim. We are a Strata of more than 100 single storey homes preparing for exterior painting & wanting to make some gentle change acceptable to our homeowners, particularly those who wanted little or no change. Enter Irene Fraser who did not disappoint! Irene has an excellent eye & understanding of colour, very confident in her choices; up to date but does not insist on following current trends; understands owners' fear of change and importance of giving owners what it is THEY want; willing to answer numerous questions immediately they are asked. In very short order Irene came up with suggested colour palettes with explanation of why they would work well for us, one of which hit the nail on the head! If you are looking for a designer/decorator, I happily recommend Irene Fraser who you will find capable, amiable, very highly educated - including a BA in Interior Design & Liberal Arts & who will make recommendations of timeless colour choices to suit your needs. I know I will be calling Irene of Design Happens when I again want to decorate my home.

SEASONAL LEAF DESIGNS REVIEWS

I have recently been working with Reena on her Landscape Design Consultation. What a wonderful experience. I was able to share some ideas and photos with her and when it came time for our consultation, she had some amazing plans for redoing our backyard. The drawing that she provided after the meeting, was exceptional and she even gave us names of contractors that will fit in perfectly for the design that we have in mind. I also had the opportunity to photograph one of Reena's latest penthouse projects. I was able to see firsthand her amazing skills in totally redoing this unit. She works very hard, has beautiful and practical ideas and in the end the result is better than imaged. I highly recommend Reena for any of your indoor or outdoor design needs.

We used Seasonal Leaf Designs for an exterior front makeover. Reena was incredible to work with. She took our wants and put them into a beautiful and unique design for our colonial. Here communication was top notch and always went above and beyond to communicate the status of the project. We are looking forward to working with her again on our next projects.

Working with Reena and Seasonal Leaf Designs has been a great experience. We worked together recently on a living room renovation. Reena has a great vision for what she wanted the project to look like. She had the materials selected and ready for install before the work began, so neither us as the renovator or the home owner had any delays.
