3 Best Car Repair Shops in Coquitlam, BC

This was literally one of the best car repair experiences I have ever had. The staff made sure I understood what was going on with my motor, tried to find the least inexpensive method to fix it, charged me a reasonable rate, and even fit me in last minute! I honestly couldn't be happier. Plus they fixed it in about 24 hrs! Omg, then they gave me a free loaner vehicle to boot! I left there feeling like I had won the lottery lol. Great job guys.

I've been here three times now and have always been treated really well. Every time I've gotten a clear explanation of what's wrong with the car and have never felt like they're trying to talk me into doing work I don't need. Every time, the repairs have been cheaper than the dealership by far and work great with no issues. Not only will I happily come back here, I'd happily recommend the shop to anyone.

I recently had my brakes serviced at Budget and was impressed by their fast and excellent service. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. They fixed the issue quickly and at a competitive price. I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable brake service.

My check engine light came on and everyone knows how scary that can be. I have a fixd OBD2 reader so I knew what the issue was. I called around different shops and they told me to bring in but they still have to diagnose more. I chose Napa, not only because they were more convienent for me as I live close but I had a long conversation with Dave about my issues with car and he took the time to go over what they would do and got me in as fast as they could, even though they were busy. They kept me informed on what was happening and what needed to be done before doing it, Got my car done in a day and I think the pricing was fair also. They cleaned the inside of car but was worried about taking car through car wash because of my sideview mirrors. I told them I use the car wash so they gave me the ticket to wash car on them. They also left a complimentary water in my cup holder. That's the kind of service I appreciate. Shane also took the time a couple days later to message me to see how everything is going with the work they did. I will definitely go back to them. I also wanted to get my dashboard lights done as half of them are burnt out. Dave let me know pricing and I decided that I will do it another time. They said ok and put it in the computer so they know for next time. I like that they weren't pushy and trying to upsell me other services. Thank you guys at Napa for helping a girl out.

I would give you way more stars if I could. What started as a bad experience with my exhaust ended with a really down to earth experience. First I came during closing time and they still helped me get my car in. Second they went above and beyond l, got the parts I needed in one day, kept me up to date with the costs and it was on the dot. Love it. Third, my car got detailed and they left a bottle of water, this gesture really left such an impact on us. In a day where we get a bit concerned with what mechanics are saying these guys solidified themselves as trustworthy, open and friendly. I found my new favourite mechanic and I don't think I'll be going anywhere else. Thank you guys.
