The location is wonderful, short walk to the bus stop.Rent price is fair for the size of the apartment.Felicia is very kind and helpful and answers email quickly. Safe and great neighborhood. Neighbors are quite and respectful.

Amazing place to call home moved in a few weeks ago Anna was very helpful along side her amazing staff. very well kept building always smells new/fresh. Definitely highly recommend these amazing people.

I have been living in a Midwest townhome in Medicine hat for about 5 months now. So grateful for our amazing maintenance man Dwayne and Pam in the office. So helpful amd friendly. Also really look out for us families in here and try to help keep our children on the right path. Dwayne is out cleaning and looking after the complex everyday. They have made this complex an amazing family oriented place to live. Weeding out the bad tenants and really looking after us all. Thanks Pam and Dwayne.

Rossdale House is a really good building with great amenities. What makes it special is the building manager, TJ. He is incredibly helpful, polite, and kind. TJ is also highly professional and always available whenever you need assistance.
