3 Best Apartments For Rent in Edmonton, AB

I have been looking for a place near Mill woods area to rent and I met Ravkirat and Kiran at Laurel Meadows location and I have nothing to complaint but praise for these two gentlemen. They are very humble and for an appointment they take out proper time to discuss everything with you. They explained the application process very well and Would love to come stay here once they have an availability ,but I definitely recommend this place to others looking for an apartment in this area.

These are one of the wonderful apartments we have ever visited. The apartment is quite spacious as compared to others. We also very great full to Ravkirat virk who helped us alot to reside in the apartment. We are in India when we are looking for a place to live in and it's ravkirat who makes it really easy and possibly to get a place to live in. He is really such a hard worker . Moreover, he also take action quickly if you have any problem or if your apartment need maintenance. Once again thanks ravkirat.

I really enjoyed my staying at the Laure meadows ( Broadstreet properties) Apartment for almost 4 years. It was great especially Leasing office associates. They are AMAZING and wonderful especially Kiran and Ravkirat. They gives excellent customer service and understand our issue, troubles and solve them in timely manner. they are a very good listener have lots of patients as well. Also, its safe place to live.

We lived at 2711 James Mowatt Trail and it was a really nice experience. We had relocated from Ontario to Edmonton and this was our home while we were there. The management was always easy to communicate with and friendly as well. They were very fair about our damage deposit being returned when our lease was over. Reason for moving was decided to return back to Ontario. Quiet building, families and middle class working people. Beautiful neighborhood, with many amenities across the street. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I've just recently moved into my new apartment with Heritage Valley and the complex is incredible! The resident manager Ed was extremely helpful throughout the entire leasing process, always a quick text away for any questions and the staff Melissa, Joann, Jessica and Dallas have always been attentive to any concerns I've had throughout my stay. Overall it's been a great experience finding a new place to call home with Heritage Valley. The complex itself is a great fit, it's well maintained, friendly and modern! Everything we we're looking for! Extremely impressed.

Attentive, caring and empathetic management makes all the difference and Jo at the manager's office makes all the difference. She'll listen and care about what you have to say and tries her best to resolve any problem or situation for you. Everything is close by and convenient and I like living in this area and having a terrific property manager is definitely a peace of mind.
