TOP 3 REVOLUTION CYCLE REVIEWS
Came in here last week to inquire about the sizing of a bike I had recently purchased from another shop. Was greeted and helped by Ben. He showed me the selection of bikes that they had and explained to me the difference between their bikes and the bike I had purchased. He was VERY informative about biking. I ended up returning the bike I had bought and purchased one from Revolution. The fellas in the back even stayed after closing to assemble some of the accessories on my bike I had purchased. Awesome customer service and great selection of bikes. Would highly recommend.
I cannot recommend this place more if you are looking to get your biked tuned up for the summer. Ended up getting a new chain, front breaks replaced, breaks bled, and a bunch more stuff. Ended up paying well under my quoted price. Great staff, very knowledgeable, extremely kind, and they did great work on my bike.
I needed a bike boxed up for a family member. Rob went above and beyond expectations getting this sorted and it arrived safely after a long trip east. You can tell these guys take pride in their work. Outstanding service.

TOP 3 HARDCORE BIKES REVIEWS
Big shot out to Steve and his crew at Hardcore bikes on Whyte ave!!! I had been shopping for a electric bike for quite some time. I had been debating over a couple of different bikes and Steve helped me sort through all the confusing details. He listened to my needs and what I would be using my bike for. He helped me decide which one was best for for me. I told him my price range and he never tried to up sell! So happy with my new Trek bike !
Friendly knowledge staff. Mechanics are phenomenal!! They truly know their stuff. Hard core is a legendary local bike shop started by Jim Moulden for I believe 15+ years and current owner Mark 20+ years. Hardcore Bikes is a staple in the Edmonton bike scene. Great products, beautiful store. Fun atmosphere.
I took my bike in for a tire repair and full assessment. The folks who helped me were so kind and helpful and provided quick and cost-effective solutions. 10/10 for amazing quality customer service!

TOP 3 CRANKY'S BIKE SHOP EDMONTON REVIEWS
I had an incredible experience with the customer service provided by a salesperson wearing glasses and having black hair and a dark complexion. Unfortunately, I forgot his name. Nonetheless, this marks my second bike purchase from this company; the previous one was in St. Albert, but this time it's from Unity Square. My brother needed my old bike as his was ruined, so I decided to treat myself to a new one. I am absolutely thrilled with my Trek District 4. The salesperson was exceptionally helpful, explaining all the bike features, though it was a lot of information to absorb. They also recommended additional products like pedals, a water bottle, and tire pumps, which I purchased at a 10% discount on the day of picking up my new bike. Additionally, they provided instructions on registering my bike with the bike index in case of theft. I am extremely satisfied with the service received and will definitely return for any future bike needs. I highly recommend this place.
Took my e-bike in to get serviced ahead of the MS Ride and they did a great job! Went through the bike with me and suggested some replacements / upgrades and I am so happy with it now! Great selection and friendly knowledgeable staff. 5 stars for sure!!
Purchased a new bike, and gear. Sales person listened, cared, and truly help with my interest's in mind, then installed all the new gear on the spot. It doesn’t get any easier than that.
