River City Events provided the equipment for seven school events in May-June 2022. Each event required staging, chairs, tables and linens, and then special items depending on the exact program. Mary and her colleagues were very helpful in coming up with solutions for the special moments at the events (revealing a large quilt and artwork for example). She was very responsive to my questions and order changes. In terms of delivery and set up, the crews were always on time and communicated their arrivals so I could meet them on site. Access at each site was different but they were adaptable. The set up was efficient and accurate. They also worked around recess times and gym concert rehearsals! Thank you Kurtis and colleagues! I was referred to the River City Events company by one of my friends. I went online requested a quote. No one called me to book. I personally went to their office and booked the rentals right away including delivery and pick up. They called me an hour before delivery and pick up, so that we can be at home. Pretty straight forward, everything is as per the contract. I didn't have any issues with the quality of materials and service. Just read or ask for their cancellation policies, change order policies before booking so that you are informed of what you are getting into.
We rented from River City for our outdoor wedding last week. Definitely check out their show room (early of the day) if you plan to decorate everything yourself. We had a blast playing with the table setup. All their staff were very responsive and knowledgeable. Delivery staff was communicative prior drop off and pick up, and everything was well organized. I cannot say enough great things about Sheldon and his team at Infinite Event Services. We have used them for everything from small gatherings to full scale weddings. The word "No" does not exist in the Infinite team's vocabulary.
