River City Events are bar none the best event rental and service company in all of YEG, and I dare say Canada. The team is incredibly helpful even if it is a few items needed. We used River City twice this year. Once for a small family event and once for a large fundraiser, Brad’s Journey P3 Picnic. Joe, Anna, you are simply the best. You are community leaders and run a fantastic business. Your product selection is exceptional and service supreme.

We rented chairs and covers for our backyard wedding. They were reasonable priced and flexible with pick up and drop off times allowing us to organize everything the day before our wedding. The staff was very cheerful and friendly. A pleasure to deal with. Definitely my go to place for any future rental needs!

SPECIAL EVENT RENTALS REVIEWS

We have worked for several years with the SER team. They always take great care of our clients needs, going above and beyond to assist us to ensure products are coordinated. They are attentive to seamless coordination of orders and shipping/deliveries which is incredibly important to our team as we plan most events out of town in Jasper National Park. Products are always in great shape and have excellent quality. We love using the LED products to help activate outdoor/dark events which held their charge well to operate without access to power throughout our events. They are always a hit with the kids!

The team of Special Event Rentals was great to accommodate large events at the hotel I work for. From quick turnaround on deliveries to multiple changes day of on, they were always happy to help. Katy, Moriah, and Jennifer are wonderful! I worked with each of them over the last few months and could not recommend them more. Thank you for all your help!

This past weekend I planned an event for my parent's 50th Anniversary. Some arrangements fell through and at the last minute I needed to rent some items for the event. Moriah and Katy were exceptional. They were extremely helpful and eliminated some of the last minute stress. A huge thank you for the wonderful customer service. INFINITE EVENT SERVICES REVIEWS

We have used Infinite Event Services and Sheldon a couple of times, including for our wedding. There is no one more responsive than Sheldon! Even after I pestered him with what seemed like thousands of questions, and I thought for sure he would abandon me for good, he still came through in an extremely timely and professional manner. Infinite's entire team is fantastic; they showed up exactly when expected, were very respectful, and solved any issues we had instantly. The equipment was all in top-notch shape! We couldn't have pulled off our wedding and other events so easily without their help. It's a wonderful family-run business, and we will definitely be back for future events!

We rented chairs for our wedding reception from Infinite Events, and were very satisfied! Sheldon and the team at Infinite were incredibly responsive and welcoming; they would reply quickly to any questions by email, and took their time showing us our inventory options when we visited their facility. We found the customer service, and selection, to be better than many of the larger special event rental companies in the city. The chairs themselves were priced very well, looked wonderful, and really took the room to another level. Delivery & pickup was perfect and problem-free. Really a great experience, and thankful to have hired such a professional, reliable, and wonderful company.

Sheldon's team is the best. Best selection of colors so my wife got exactly what she wanted. They delivered, and it was so great that it was one thing I didn't have to worry about during my wedding. Worth more than 6 stars. Highly recommend!
