I got my single family home built by Landmark Homes at Aurora community in Edmonton , As a first time home buyer, the process of getting my house built with landmark was pretty smooth, beautiful product accomplished. Their house Models are very elegant and mine TOKYO CRAFTSMAN Model would the beautiful exterior that I could pick from any builder in Edmonton. My Closing Representative Ankur Madaan, very responsive, always willing to help & made our closing process look effortless . The sales Manager Anil Somia at the head office, pretty quick in resolving issues and being fair with Clients. All in All , after 3 months of stay in my brand new house I feel, I have picked a right builder for my better living……… I would definitely recommend Landmark Homes to my friends and colleague!!.

So far, our experience with Landmark Homes (The Promenade) is quite exceptional. Their Sales Team has been very accommodating and pleasant, especially Ms. Hafsa Khalid. She has an easy going personality which puts you at ease, very prompt in answering all our inquiries and really took the time explaining the documents in the simplest terms possible, to ensure that we really understood the process and what we are purchasing.

Had a very pleasant experience dealing with the Art Homes team. Arman and Shane were both extremely helpful, timely and professional. Now to talk about the homes they design, words can’t do justice. Impeccable sense of style, class, elegance and finesse. Every little detail is well thought out and there’s a solution to any problems you may have had with previous homes. Today we have purchased our home, and we will be moving into our new home in February. I'm so excited. Jaskaran was very helpful in getting this all done. He was one of the best show home managers I have ever met. He responded to all my needs right away and did their best to get me the best upgrades from the builder. I was really impressed by him.
