I Have Lived Here for A Year and A Half. the Building Is Always Clean and Bright. the People Who Live Here Are Friendly, Neighbourly and Always Willing to Lend a Hand. I Am Particularly Impressed with The Security of The Building. There Are Cameras in All of The Common Areas and You Need a Swipe Card to Gain Entry. Most Importantly, the Super Does a Great Job. He Is Friendly yet Professional. He Takes Pride in The Building’s Appearance, Keeps It Clean and Watches Over the Tenants!

I have lived here for 6 years now and I love my apartment. The location overlooking the bay and it's very close proximity to the walking trail, park and beach is a plus. Jackie, the super, works hard at keeping the place clean and the outdoor areas well maintained. She is easy to talk to and responds quickly to any need for repairs and concerns.

The Building Is Well Maintained. Tenants Seem to Get Along Well. the Superintendent Is Friendly and Approachable. Its a Beautiful Area to Live, with The Beach a Stones Throw Away. a Ten Minute Walk to Downtown and The Walking Trail Right in Front of The Property for Exercise.

LAKETREE RESIDENCES REVIEWS

I absolutely adore Laketree! While there were a few minor hiccups, which are to be expected in any new building, the experience of living here has been wonderful. The fellow residents are fantastic, and the managers have been incredibly pleasant and helpful to interact with. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Laketree is a super place to live. There were a few new build issues to get used too, but they have been resolved . The units are quiet, bright, comfortable and close to shopping, eating establishments, medical facilities and walking trails. I look forward to signing my second-year lease!

I love Laketree!!, sure there were a few hiccups as a new building would have, but all the people that live here, and the managers have been lovely to deal with. Would recommend!!
