I’ve had absolutely great experiences with Ron Henry Jewellers!! All of the personnel is very helpful, informative and friendly. I’ve had several rings designed there, which are exquisite. My many purchases also include their estate jewellery and Pandora, also very gorgeous. The prices are very reasonable as well. Thanks for the great service, Heather and staff:)

Excellent service from start to finish. I dropped off an old watch that has been in the family for a long time. It was missing a band and needed repair. I provided a photo of what the old band looked like. Lee Anne and Nancy managed to find a perfect matching band and the watch was also repaired even though parts were unavailable. Lee Anne also kept me up to date on the repairs and price every step of the way. I highly recommend this Jeweller.

All I needed was a watch battery installed and, judging by the service, you would have thought I was shopping for a two-carat diamond. Excellent customer service, clean, bright store, and if I were to buy a diamond, this would be where I would come. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing experience just getting a watch battery replaced. An older Timex Expedition, needs a common CR2016 battery. Cost $25 seemed high, but i was willing to pay that to save myself the time and aggravation. I specifically asked for the digital part of the display to be set to Date/Day rather than H/M/S. After i picked up the watch i found the display was set to H/M/S instead of Date/Day, and the alarm was set to go off at 01:00, which is annoying and runs down the battery faster. So i took it back and asked to have the display set as i'd specified and the alarm turned off, because i couldn't remember how to do either one. I was told they didn't know how to do that either and i should go find a manual online and do it myself. My bad, for trusting this jeweler to know how to set up a watch the way it was, or to give a hoot about customer satisfaction. Next time i'll replace a battery myself, or find a place that cares. - Grant Hallman Reply

My experience with The Hunt House was fantastic. I brought in my battered and broken family ring that looked like an impossible task to fix. Within a matter of days Brandon brought it back to life and it looks better than ever. Thank you for the great repair job and the great service. I will not hesitate to recommend your services.

I am looking for a special piece of jewelry. I looked on the website that was kinda close. Gave them a call. Super friendly. Got an answer to all of my questions. I don't live in Huntsville so I'll be coming into town and this is the only jewelry store for me. I've gone in before just to browse, super friendly and helpful. Always tell my friends this is the place to go!

Excellent customer service! Brandon went above and beyond in resizing and resurrecting my wedding rings and went out of his way to have them back to me at my convenience. I highly recommend The Hunt House!
