I arrived at Huntsville Honda with my guard up and very suspicious/skeptical. I met Caleb and wow, I felt like I could trust him instantly. He was completely transparent with me and answered every question I had (and there were around 30 questions over 2 days). Caleb actively helped me look for the best vehicle to fit my needs and explained so much to me that I felt I could make an informed decision. Highly, highly recommend Caleb at this location!!

I was able to get an appointment quickly. Everyone who I came into contact while there was pleasant, friendly, and all asked if they could help in anyway from all departments. Communication of issues was excellent and the ability to use online paying link made pick-up of vehicle quick and easy. Thanks Huntsville Honda, customer service was excellent!

I always feel very taken care of at Huntsville Honda !!! My shuttle service has been an extra bonus that I couldn't go without... seeing we only have one car in our household and I no longer work in walking distance. Everything was taken care of and the service was too notch.

I used to have my Jeep vehicle serviced here until I sold it, and always had good experiences. The good vibes continued this week when I picked up my new family wagon. Seamless process. Salesperson Ian was easily the best part of the experience, from ordering to delivery. Ian is a gentleman and excellent at his job. Courteous, very personable and straight-forward, responsive, and knows his products and comparisons. He’s knowledgeable and found answers to new questions. Ian stayed in touch during the COVID supply chain issues. He’s an A+ ambassador for Huntsville Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler. Honourable mention to Will from Finance, who made the process easy also. Thanks everyone! We are looking forward to some family road travel this summer.

Had to get my windshield replaced and I decided to go through here and the service was amazing, it was done in 5 hours or so and they brought it back to my house for me so I didn’t have to find a ride to the dealership! A huge thank you to Tessa, Sierra and Kevin!

Hyundai of Muskoka is fantastic!! I had a wonderful experience working with Sam (sales) and Grace (finance) but the entire team was wonderful! They were able to set me up with exactly what I was looking for and made the entire process quick and smooth! Sam went over every component of the Tucson in great detail. I look forward to returning to the dealership for maintenance. I can't say enough about the entire team at Hyundai of Muskoka!!

On the way Algonquin park, I had blinking engine light in my Tucson. Called Dealership and Spoke to Trent Kenny. Professional , friendly and he squeezed me for the same day appointment. He checked all the open recalls and warranty and helped me to find best options available for me. Thanks and highly recomended.
