Really enjoyed the apartment showing today! Cassandra, the agent, was welcoming, easy to talk to, and super helpful. She explained everything clearly and made the whole experience feel relaxed and pressure-free. The apartments themselves are really nice—spacious, well-maintained, and in a great location. You can tell, Cassandra, genuinely cares about helping people find the right fit. Highly recommend.

The leasing agent: Cassandra was an extreme pleasure to deal with. I viewed many of the apartments in the area and cassandra felt the most genuine when speaking about our potential home. She didn’t hide information and highlighted the perks of the apartments/ garden homes perfectly. The apartments here are also the best in the neighbourhood if looking for a long term home.

Absolutely stellar experience! The apartment exceeds all expectations with its modern design, spacious layout, and top-notch amenities. The management team is incredibly responsive, attentive, and always goes above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction. From the well-equipped gym to the beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces, to pest free apartments, every facility is maintained to perfection. Living here truly feels like a luxury retreat. 5 stars all around!

I have had the pleasure of visiting numerous buildings in Mississauga, but this one stands out as one of the most beautiful. The management team is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, taking the time to learn the names of all the tenants and address any concerns I may have. They possess a deep understanding of their roles and respond to all queries with confidence. Upon entering the building, I feel a strong sense of safety and security.

I have requested a service order to fix the handle on the balcony door and I had Diner and Danilo came to fix it. They are very friendly and efficient and they went above and beyond, they also check the slide doors, replaced the stopper on the front door. Very impressed with their services!

We had a great experience viewing the apartment with Whitney today. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made us feel completely at ease. She answered all our questions thoroughly and gave us a clear picture of what it would be like to live in the building. Whitney made the whole process so much more comfortable — we really appreciated her time.

I had been here for a year, perfect location with mall just in front of the apartment. The condo has amazing views and all facility, gym, theater, bbq, meeting room. The management had been great, especially Ms. Carmen in front office was really very helpful and prompt to resolve any query or issues and very helpful. She made the experience very pleasant.

Having wonderful experience with skyrise. Management Team is good. Specially Carmen is really good and treats you as your family. Don't feel like we're away from the family and friends because of her. Shops, mall, garden everything nearby. Awesome location Awesome people. Would have recommended this place now as well, if Carmen was still there. But, now with Carmen resigned from here.. I can't vouch for it.
