What a fabulous experience at the Peel Chrysler showroom at Lakeshore drive. We were initially talking to Shawn which was fine but then Alfred took over and he was a delight to deal with. He kept us updated on the pickup date of the vehicle and once we were there, he explained everything in detail as this was our first car purchase in Canada. And exactly how I envisioned - He made the process simpler for us. Also the management staff at the showroom are great!! Definitely a great place to buy a car afterall they are #1 retailer.

Great experience buying a used vehicle from this dealership. Gill was a professional and genuine/kind salesman. Steffan was thorough and found the best financing rate. Car was detailed and registered, ready for pick up quickly. This dealership is very busy, but the team is great and it is obvious they are happy to be working here.
