I want to say a huge ‘thank you ‘for arranging a fabulous event for us last weekend. Your staff was reliable, helpful and organized everything very professionally. The quality of tent and tableware was outstanding.They took care of the finer details and ensured that the food was enjoyed by everyone. They also kept all the service areas tidy. Food was awesome and all the guests enjoyed the great taste.Your company was a pleasure to deal with and I will surely recommend Meadowvale Party Rentals to friends. Looking forward to dealing with you in future.

Overall, a good experience. They were easy to communicate with, clearly outlined their terms and procedures, and provided a reasonable cost.The only downside were that the chairs were not all clean (see photo), and a few were missing plastic glides on some legs (so the chairs were uneven on a flat floor surface).I would use them again, but hope that they can consider ensuring the cleanliness of the chairs going forward. It detracted from our own event having to spend time wiping them down.

Meadowvale Party Rentals made our graduation party a success! The team was friendly and helped choose the perfect tables, chairs, and linens. Everything arrived on time and in great condition. The whole process was super easy. Highly recommend them for any event in Mississauga!

Amazing service from Action Party Rentals. Ryan in particular was a joy to deal with. I realized I needed some tents for a party the next day making sourcing them on a Saturday next to impossible. Ryan went out of his way to rearrange a few things and made this happen for me. Thank you Action Party and to Ryan for his excellent customer service.

Wonderful service! Ryan was very kind and easy to work with. Action rental had everything we needed for our Easter celebration (tent, chairs, plates, glasses, etc) on short notice with prompt and easy delivery, set up and take down. The delivery person was very friendly too. Would highly recommend to friends and will definitely use their services again. Thanks for everything Ryan!

Rented tables, chairs, table clothes from Mississauga location. Amazing service. Great price, everything was in great condition. The event got cancel due to covid. Had to rent again, week later. Second time was free of charge. What a nice surprise. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

Super service by a super nice team. We needed last minute rental of glassware and coffee service and the guys here were quick, friendly and easy to deal with on their website, by phone and in person. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I tried contacting another rental service multiple times prior to this and didn’t end up hearing back at all. AYS party rentals is very reliable and has high quality equipment.
