Recently, I paid a visit to Sunrise of Erin Mills, as I was looking for a temporary residence after my knee surgery. During my visit I spoke to Kerry-Ann, who was very professional and welcoming. She took the time to show me the community, which I found clean, well maintained and warm and homely. Throughout the tour, both the staff and residents were cheerful and well-muted, creating a very positive and comforting atmosphere. Kerry-Ann told that she has been working at the company for 10 years, which says a lot about the team's consistency and dedication. All in all, I have had a great experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Sunrise or Erin Mills to anyone looking for a senior residence or temporary residence.

I recently called to inquire about housing opportunities for my parents and had the pleasure of speaking to KerryAnn. She was very professional, took the time to answer all my questions extensively and helped me schedule a tour. During my visit I met several employees, many of whom have been working at the institution for 10 to 15 years. This says a lot about the consistency and quality of care. I also met the director, Tonia, which gave a very personal and comforting touch to the visit. The whole team was warm, welcoming and always had a smile on their face. I really enjoyed the tour and felt very comfortable in the area. I would highly recommend this institution to anyone looking for housing opportunities for their loved ones.

Sunrise and the staff are fantastic for my grandmother. She has only just come to live there, so be careful: you have to bring your own bedding, but there is a laundry room!.

Chartwell Regency is a lovely retirement home. My Aunt Joyce is very happy there, she loves it. I don’t have to worry I know she is well taken care of. She has made many new friends and is busy all the time. The staff is wonderful and so caring. Samantha their sales consultant is amazing and found the exact type of suite my aunt was looking for. She continually checks in with my aunt to make sure she is happy and doing well. I highly recommend this location, one of the best.

I have been a volunteer here in Chartwell Regency for about 2 weeks to complete my COOP and I got to say I have a really good time working with both the residents and the staff as well particularly with the general manager Mr. Robert and the Recreations manager as well Mrs. Hande as they all welcomed me with open arms to work in this residence. I highly recommend this residence to all seniors as Chartwell offers the best atmosphere and the best possible care for all of its residence.
