I recently had my vehicle repaired at this location and was told it would be ready by a certain time, but it wasn't. Erin in customer service tried to make sure that it would be ready by the time given which it was. She went above and beyond to make sure she kept me informed at all times and was very supportive. I appreciated her demeanor and service. Everyone that I spoke with at this location was amazing actually. Matthew and Christian were both super friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever need their services again I won't hesitate to take my vehicle here. A very professional team.

We had a great experience start to finish with Carstar Mississauga 401. They are prompt, always happy to answer questions, and very patient and understanding when doing so - the front desk staff are very warm and friendly. Our vehicle looks great and was completed exactly when they said it would be. We would definitely recommend them.

I picked up my car from here today and I am very impressed. Had an overall very easy and hassle free process to fix my damaged. Christian Ramrup was an absolute pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Will definitely recommend to others. Thank you so much Christian and Carstar !!

I usually never write reviews, but Auto Magicians absolutely deserve one. I found them by reading other reviews online and decided to take the drive all the way from downtown Toronto to Mississauga without really knowing what to expect. I’m so glad I did. My car needed major work, and when I got it back, I was honestly amazed at how beautiful it looked. The quality of the repair was so good. The name “Auto Magicians” truly fits because they worked magic on my car. Even though it was a long drive for me, it was 100% worth it, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy professionals who do amazing work. Assured Mississauga North was extremely professional, responsive, and reassuring through the process of getting my back bumper replaced due to a rear-end accident. Should I ever need any repairs again in future, I would make sure to ask to take my car to this shop. They arranged my rental vehicle for the estimated 5-days my vehicle would be in their shop, but they were able to get things done so quickly, I didn't need the rental for longer than 3 days. When I got my car back, I was pleasantly surprised they cleaned inside and out!

Recently picked up my van for cosmetic repairs and the workmanship and staff are A-1. My van looked like it had come out of the showroom. This was the third time it had been in for cosmetic work and always highly satisfied with the results and the inside of the car. Much better than when I took it in! (we have a dog)!
