Lived Here for 2.5 Years. It's an Older Building but We Had a Renovated Unit, Everything Was New and The Building Was Quiet, Outside of The City Area and Close to Parks and The Canal. the Rent Was Reasonable Considering Hydro Was Included. the Building Staff, Karen, Steve, Ron and Kerry Were All Great, Friendly, Willing to Help and Made It a Safe and Comfortable Place to Live. We're Happy to Have Lived There and Would Recommend!!
Very nice high rise apt building. Very clean. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and accommodating building manager.
I've never been inside however it looks nice from the outside. Lots of parking.
