We called regarding an issue with our dishwasher about ten years ago. We had no idea where to turn but so happy to have found Norm. We called late in the afternoon and he was at our house the next day and fixed our problem. He has since been back to fix our stove twice and our fridge too - NEVER any issue. He is extremely professional, extremely courteous, extremely efficient and extremely honest. My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about this man. Look no further, Norm’s your man!

Amazing staff! Amazing service! I called for my dishwasher and the lady was super kind and understanding. She took my contact info as she had to step out of the office. She called back asap to book my appointment. The gentalman was also very courteous and polite and very quick to complete the job! While he was there I had a few other questions regarding a spare fridge and he took a quick look at it for me and explained what was happening was normal! I highly recommend norms appliance! I will be a returning customer!
