Amazing experience with TechVill! Highly Recommend! Friendly, customer focused, responsive, competitive and reasonable pricing and most importantly knowledgeable and experienced tech. Called to make an appointment late in the day hoping for a same day appointment after a different service company cancelled on us. TechVill was booked up but shortly after I got a call back from them (completely unprompted) to say they just had a cancellation and would I like the appointment! Above and beyond - amazing customer service! Alan came to see us, super friendly, knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything so we understood the issues with our freezer. He also recommended the most economical path which was to replace it despite that meaning he didn't have any further repair work to do - wanting us to have the best experience and outcome for money spent.

Alan gives ample explanations with examples which makes every instruction suggested easy to understand and follow. They are honest and offer solutions in the best interest of the customer, short and long term. Even gave tips about saving money in detergent, washer cleaner , and electricity. I highly recommend this company. Alan and Vincent are the team to have on your side!

Got a call from the service team the morning of the booking to let me know when they'd be there, and showed up on time.
