3 Best Audiologists in Kitchener, ON

The entire team at the Frederick St location is impressive. I feel very well taken care of as does my husband, Rick. The positive experience begins with Tasha when one calls or arrives at the office. She goes out of her way to make anyone feel super comfortable. Ryan is the ear specialist I have seen 99% of the time. Wow, does this guy know his stuff. As do his two colleagues Natalie and Chantal. I can say without a doubt that Rick and I will always go to this clinic whenever we have questions or issues with our ears. Bravo, gang. We are your fans.

I have been dealing with Arnold Hearing (Frederick St., Kitchener) for years. Chris Arnold and staff are all amazing! They treat you with the utmost respect, care and concern. During my appointment with Ryan, three days ago, to pick up my hearing aids, he once again took his time and explained things about hearing that I was curious about even though I was just there to pick up my hearing aids in for a warranty check. The staff always go above and beyond and I have literally been told by staff members how great it is to work there. That says it all. It’s family owned and everyone is treated like family. Arnold Hearing deserves more than 5 stars! Their service, hearing aid quality, pricing, warranties, etc. are exceptional.

I recently visited Arnold's Hearing Centres to get fitted for new hearing aids and I cannot recommend them enough. Ryan is amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest staff who made me feel at ease. Ryan was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to thoroughly test my hearing to understand exactly what my needs were. He asked lots of questions to get a sense of how my hearing loss impacts my daily life. I really appreciated how patient and caring he was throughout the process. Once he analyzed the results, he presented hearing aid options that would be suitable for me. He explained the pros and cons of each in a very clear way so I could make an informed decision. I appreciated that he wasn't pushy and really listened to what was most important to me. We tried out a few sample hearing aids together so I could experience the difference and pick what I felt most comfortable with. The hearing aids he fitted me will make such a difference. He took the time during the fitting to program them specifically for my needs and hearing loss. I would absolutely recommend Arnold's Hearing Centres to anyone looking for hearing aids. The level of care, expertise and customer service was outstanding. I feel like my needs were truly understood and addressed. Thank you for providing such a positive experience - it was reassuring to be in such capable hands. Five stars.
