As someone with unpredictable and sometimes severe anxiety, especially when faced with new social experiences and being in new spaces, my experience with Peak Sleep Kitchener was truly comfortable. The environment was aesthetically pleasing, very clean, and quiet, and staff were very friendly and pleasant. All procedures and instructions were relayed to me clearly and calmly, and I believe I felt the most comfortable I possibly could while sleeping away from home in a medical facility by myself. If you are required to be assessed in an overnight sleep study, I highly recommend this place!.

Had a sleep study last night. I was a bit anxious to say the least as I've never had health issues in my 30 years of life. The staff assigned to taking care of me was wonderful. She was very courteous, compassionate and professional. She made my visit a pleasant one and I would recommend the Kitchener location to anyone.

Nice facility, very clean. Technician was very professional, engaging , and courteous. Could use more noticeable signage in underground parking to provide better direction to Peak Sleep.

Fantastic experience. Went in today to pick up my first ever CPAP machine. There was no weight, the appointment was right on time. Staff were very friendly and informative. I filled out the emailed forms a couple of days prior to my appointment and they had all of the paperwork pretty well done and waiting for signatures. Very smooth and pleasant experience so far.

I had my first consultation today and acquired my CPAP machine. The experience was made more enjoyable thanks to the expert guidance and warm demeanor of Hannah. I highly recommend SMG.

Always met with a smile when I walk in to this place and the staff are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location for your sleep aid needs.

We have had an excellent experience with Amie at Vital Aire in Kitchener. I was recently diagnosed with restrictive lung desire and in need of oxygen therapy for exertion. Amie was very fast with obtaining the equipment and concentrator for my home. She provided all the necessary information and support while adjusting to this new stage in life. She continues to have open communication when there is any questions or concerns. Thank you for making this experience and life changing diagnosis so much easier to accept. Christine.

Recently started using their oxygen concentrator units. They were extremely responsive to our needs and arrived within hours. Their rep Amie is exceptionally pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful and goes out of her way to provide excellent service and support.
