I am a new Patient here at Kingsdale and I already feel like I made the best decision moving vets. The staff has been wonderful in my 3 visits in 2 weeks. I can't thank Doctor Montgomery for getting me in so quickly to see Penny. She helped ease so much emotions and concerns, she was caring and kind when she spoke to me so it definitely helped keep me calm and comfortable. Thank you for all you do.

I highly recommend Kingsdale. My family members have been Dr. Hinsperger's for years (3 senior dogs currently aged 15, q7, and 17). I've been to several vets since adopting my cat in the Toronto, before I moved to KW and settled at Kingsdale. I can honestly say Kingsdale is the best by far. The staff are very friendly and great with my little girl who is both a nervous traveler and an anxious patient. Dr. Hinsperger genuinely cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to make sure our fur babies get the best of care and attention. He gives you all the options and relevant information so you can make the best and most informed decision about your fur baby's care and he is the only vet I've had who proactively follows up post-treatment to see how his patients are recovering. Truly everything you would ever want in a vet.

I've never had a bad experience here. All the vets and staff are wonderful. They give great advice and are always on top of my pet's needs and schedule.

Very satisfying to know that your pet team is there for you ! Makes the experience less anxiety provoking for you and your pet ! Very friendly and knowledgeable! Dr Natalie Reid is top notch ! Everyone at the office is amazing !! Highly recommend!!

The wait was 4 hours but they are the only place that’s open and it was worth waiting . They recognized infection in my dog and prescribed antibiotic . Very professional and super friendly and compassionate! Thank you .

This was the first time my large(overweight ) 11 year old cat has been to a vet and no one had judged me for not bringing him in sooner. The vet asked me a few questions to clarify his symptoms and history. Asked me what my concerns were so she understood exactly why I was at the vet all before examining my cat. She was very patient with my very skittish cat making sure to have me there to help calm him. She even trimmed his nails while there. While and after examining him she explained what she was finding all her concerns and recommendations. She also let me know what anything would cost before proceeding with it. The only time I was not with my cat was while he was getting X-rays done and during which he got his rabies shot. Overall an amazing experience. Highly recommend. Thank you everyone at close veterinary clinic for making mine and my cats first experience a pleasant
