Merlita Cabalse is a wonderful Osteopath. She really listens to her clients and understands their needs. I had tried osteopathy in the past and it was helpful, but after beginning treatments with Merlita I have seen a greater degree of improvement, I even noticed a difference after the initial treatment. Merlita is very knowledgeable and has a great depth of experience and knows exactly how to treat her clients to see results. In addition, she is very understanding of any limitations you may have and has lots of ideas if mobility or movement restrictions are present. She is just an all-around kind and cheerful person. I am so grateful to have found Merlita’s practice and I can say without a doubt that I feel better and have seen many improvements in my mobility since I began seeing her a few months ago. I highly recommend you book an assessment to learn more.

Merlita made an amazing job at relieving my muscular pain through just one initial appointment. The pain affecting the bones faded after 3 days and totally went away after the following appointment. Her technique is both powerful and gentle at the same time: I could feel on what part of my body she was actually working, while softly massaging my head. Her caring and smiling attitude is also a plus :o) I definitively recommend her Manual Osteopathic treatment.

I love going here. Every practitioner is highly skilled and a pleasure to work with. I can speak from my own experiences with osteopathy, physiotherapy, and massage therapy. I would highly recommend this group of professionals.

I had my first visit with an osteopath this morning to help me relieve lower back pain I have been experiencing. Jillian was very attentive and responsive to my situation as she listened to my overall experiences. When she began assessing and treating my ailments she was polite, professional and very helpful in explaining the different movements and exercises to me. I am very happy with Jillian's service and look forward to working with her to help me find the right treatment program for me in subsequent visits. Thanks Jillian.

Jillian was amazing to work with ! She was extremely knowledgeable and I had no worries with her working with my newborn twins. It was great to see how the treatment focus was so different for the twins as she really focused on them as individuals. It was also great knowing that she met them where they were at that day if that meant taking a break or being silly with them to keep them happy. I would highly recommend bringing your newborn to Jillian.

Jillian was really great. She explained everything that she was doing as she went. That helped me big time understand what I was feeling in my body. She was very gentile, didn't cause me any pain other than the pain I was already in. Very reasonable cost. Thank you , Jillian.

Julie has offered me something I haven’t been able to achieve in years, a calmer more regulated nervous system! I have used chiropractors + massage therapists for years and never have I ever had the kind of results as I have over the last 3 months with Julie. She is professional, intuitive and you can really tell she loves what she does and wants to help you. Osteopathy requires a little trust from patient and practitioner and I have full trust in Julie. I went to see Julie twice for some knee pain I had been having for a month and she got rid of it after 2 sessions. Seems like magic but her practice works! Would recommend.
