I cannot say enough about the team of professional, corteous team at Argus. They have gone above and beyond to treat my mother's hearing loss. The thought of hearing aids was daunting and they walked her though easily at her own pace. And, they have stood by her with follow up visits and tweaks to perfect her hearing. All done with friendly smiles. Just terrific.

I was completely amazed and extremely satisfied by the service provided me at Argus Audiology on Mountain Road in Moncton. The service was friendly, professional, personable and much above my expectations. All the services are first rate and they go beyond the norm to ensure the testing, fitting, questions and the guidance is personally suited to ensure you receive the maximum benefit of their services. Great place, great service, wonderful people.

If you’re a veteran and are looking to have testing done I would highly suggest Argus. Once I was done my test, Norma (owner), sat down and helped my fill out the VAC forms. She explained that if my application is approved, they can set reminders to come back for follow ups and she explained some of the equipment I may qualify for. Overall really impressed and appreciative of the service I received.

Jo was exceptional and efficient. She made every effort to help with our very unusual situation. After a month had passed, I called the office, and she knew who I was by the caller ID. She quickly remembered our details and did research on our behalf and followed up as needed. Then Jo ordered the hearing aides without us having to return to the office because she did the internal work to help us.Thanks so much for making a difficult experience painless.

Finding out you need hearing aids is overwhelming. When it came down to a decision I called to make a appointment at Avenir on Mountain Rd. The staff was awesome they made me feel like I mattered .I sat with Laudia LeBlanc Audiologist she was so easy to talk with and very understanding. When I picked up my hearing aid she made sure I was comfortable with all the information she gave me. As a first time with hearing aids I was very pleased to say they made me feel special.

I went for a hearing test at this location a couple of months ago, and it was a great experience. The audiologist was professional and made the hearing test a pleasurable experience. I didn't really know what to expect from the hearing test, as I've never had one before, but it was quick and easy. I highly recommend Avenir Hearing for any hearing needs. Great staff and great service!

Great service, very professional, in and out promptly! Explained everything thoroughly so I understood.

Very please with the service at Innovative Hearing . With my new hearing aids I can hear well for the first time in a few yrs. I actually have to turn down the TV. Our audiologist went out of her way to make sure that I was very happy and explained everything. She said for the next five yrs I could go to see them at anytime.

I have dealt with both the Moncton and Fredericton offices and they are excellent! I definitely will continue to use their services and recommend them wholeheartedly.
