I can't say enough good things about Zi at Hearing Life. She is a fantastic hearing care professional. I highly recommend anyone that needs hearing aids in the Durham area to go to this location.

I visited Advanced Hearing for a hearing test, a new experience for me. Kim, the receptionist, was exceptionally friendly and guided me through the registration process. There was virtually no wait, and the technician promptly attended to me. The environment was comfortable, with clear instructions provided both before and during the test, as well as a thorough explanation of my results afterward. Overall, it was a positive experience

Fantastic caring staff. From the receptionist Kim to Aili who worked so hard with me, and of course Brooke who did my hearing test, and also assisted Aili in flushing my ear. Doctors could take a page from their book on explaining procedures, what to expect, and taking time to listen. These guys were just great. I will be singing their praises to anyone who will listen. Can't say enough good about them. They detected what two Doctors and a Specialist could not.

As a Top Choice Award Winner, they have proven their dedication to their city by consistently providing excellence through their services. 5 stars!!!!

I arrived on Friday af closing time, and Kaustuv Ray took me in ...fixed the problem I was having...showed me how to put the App on my phone to check the charge on my hearing aids...cleaned them for me and took the time to answer my questions. He was a 'lifesaver' for me as I thought I would be without working hearing aids all weekend. Thank you Kaustuv Ray !

Professional Efficient Service Kaustuv is vey good at explaining the various product features and ensuring you get a customized fit. Johanne is a pleasure to deal with plus the location is easy to access and spotless. Note to Corporate: Having Darryl Sittler as a Celebrity Endorser is a definite plus.

The employee Joanne was amazing and friendly. She answered all my questions and was very pleasant with other customers.
