It was a Friday evening when I realized I needed to see a doctor. After looking online for a walk-in clinic, I found one nearby and decided to call ahead to check how busy they were and whether I could be seen by a doctor if I came in. The pharmacist who answered was extremely friendly and assured me that there was no wait time. He then explained the entire virtual process in detail. When I finally visited, the pharmacist was beyond helpful, professional, and supportive. He assisted me with the registration process and explained everything thoroughly. I was in and out in less than 45, including getting my prescription filled. The virtual experience to see the doctor was a positive one. The entire process was very efficient and beyond impressive.

You’ll never come across a pharmacist like this location! Most generous humble gentlemen. He always picks up the calls always has the meds ready for you. Ready for pick up. Even the delivery option is absolutely amazing. If I could rate this place 10/10 I would as 5 stars isn’t enough. Thank you for being so amazing hard to come across a pharmacist as amazing as you. Trust me I’ve had terrible experiences in the past and after finding this location I couldn’t be any happier.

ALWAYS SUPER!!! when it comes 2 the customer service levels. Honestly i wish i knew the gentleman pharmasict who helps me every time im in there. Very very friendly...in person and on the phone ....thank you very much.

This clinic's doctors, staff and administration are very kind and helpful to the people. I completed my placement at this clinic and found the owner of the clinic, doctors, and employees helped and supported me to improve my skills and encouraged me to succeed in my goal. The clinic is well organized and working with very dedicated doctors and staff.

Very friendly and efficient front desk staff. I have been here severally and the pleasant treatment from the administrative staff and doctors have not changed. The doctors make sure you get the right treatment and also follow up on your results professionally. What more can I say, voice messages are returned immediately. I would continue to introduce this clinic to people, simply one of the best!

West Durham Family Health Team is great. Receptions are very kind and help full and give information and consultant. Place is clean and safe. There is comfortable waiting area and Dr. Baher Zakeri is very kind and helpful. It is good walking clinic and the next door is pharmacy. All you need in one place.

I have been a long time patient. Never had a negative experience. Always felt supported and well taken care of. My long term doctor retired and they replaced her for me. Majority of my family have doctors here and everyone speaks so highly of this team. Anywho, I just wanted to point out how grateful I am for my doctor and this medical team.

My family doctor is here. I have been coming here for years and always have a great experience. It is a busy clinic, but I have not ever waited long and have always been able to get an appointment in a very reasonable time. Thank you to all the staff that work here.
