Both myself & my boyfriend have weekly appointments at Health First. Clay's team is very knowledgeable, professional and punctual. I'm currently 28 weeks pregnant and looking for relief of muscle tightness & lower back pain from now till the end my pregnancy. The team has made me feel very comfortable at all times and I look forward to my future appointments to put my mind & body in the best shape for the birth of my daughter.

I have noticed an improvement on my back pain and shoulder injury since I started going to Health First Family Chiropractic. Dr small and amber have been such a pleasure! The atmosphere is so relaxed and friendly. I suffered from daily headaches and migraines and back pain. It is now about 90% improved with the biweekly schedule I have set up which is also way more affordable then I have gotten with other chiropractors. Another huge help is that they are SO flexible! The amount of times we have to change last minute and move appointments, no charges or judgments! I not only look forward to my treatment but also the chats! Thank you clarity Chiro!

Cannot praise Dr. Keyes enough. After suffering for a year, massage therapy, physio, no one could help my hamstring injury. I certainly did not think a Chiropractor could, but I was willing to try anything. Finally I am on the mend because of this man. I have been seeing Dr. Keyes for well over 25 years. I had been treated by GP's (General Practitioner Doctors; a family doc) before. All they ever did was prescribe medication to deal with the pain I was feeling. That is dealing with the 'result' of something, not the 'cause'. I was referred to my first chiropractor many years ago and I went looking for relief. That doctor made me worse ! I tried to go back to simply taking pain medication, but taking that constantly was causing other problems. Finally someone recommended Dr. Warren Keyes to me. Oh my gosh, I found the MASTER ! He is insanely intelligent, has phenomenal listening skills and has been able to manage my issues without medication. If I have a flare up of any kind, he is the only one I will see.
