I had a positive experience at LensCrafters. The eye doctor was impressive, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and expertise. The receptionist/optometrist assistant was warm and friendly - I could hug her! The sales associates who helped us purchase our eyeglasses were also friendly and very helpful. However, we had to remind them about the special 40%/50% discount on lenses and frames promised by the eye doctor. Without this reminder, we would have received a smaller discount, which could have negatively impacted our experience. Overall, the service was good, but better attention to promised discounts would enhance the experience.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Pegah. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of sunglasses that not only suited my style but also provided the UV protection I needed. I highly recommend lensCrafters, especially with Pegah’s assistance, for anyone in search of quality eyewear and a personalized shopping experience.

I have been going to LensCrafters in the Pickering Town Centre for over 20 years. They have a large selection of fashionable frames and Felicia is the optician that I always ask for. She is amazing at helping choose the frames that are both stylish and suitable. Service is always prompt and the lenses are usually ready within the stated time frame. Fantastic experience. Emma and the staff were very helpful and took the time to help me find glasses that had a great fit and were very stylish. Quality of the lenses are exceptional and the my vision is now very clear and sharp. Transition lenses work perfectly and also work while driving, eliminating the need for a second pair of glasses for driving. I will definitely be going back when I need a new pair and highly recommend to anyone in need of glasses.

Emma and her staff are absolutely the best. Extremely friendly staff and helpful When finding frames that compliment you. I also had a really great experience with the eye exam I had here. I ended up having to go for corrective surgery for my eyes which I had never been told about before so I felt super safe going here and getting all the knowledge about my eyes 10 out of 10 experience. Would highly recommend!!.

I was very hesitant to see an Optometrist because of my eyes. Kimberly put me at ease right away and performed the necessary tasks. She had great patient and explained all the procedures she was performing. Kimberly, then pass me onto Emma who helped me choose my classes and finalize the billing process. Emma had great customer service skills. Highly recommend this store to anyone.
