My whole experience with Don Butt was nothing but the epitome of professionalism and obvious expertise. Aimee at customer service was amazing to deal with informative and helpful. They arranged everything including the car. Their office is lovely and clean and does not feel like a regular mechanics office. I’ll definitely be back if I have any future issues.

Very trustworthy. Friendly service both on the phone and in person. Very helpful as far as helping to deal with the insurance company. Knowledgeable and helpful arranging rental. Adding to say, when I picked up my car it was fully detailed, inside and out! It looked brand new. Very impressed with their service and attention to detail.
