This is an absolute gem! The owners are so helpful in where to go and what to see in the area. (And they speak perfect English.) The breakfast was wonderful and I wish we could stay another week. I recommend this B&B and the Sherbrook area to anyone traveling to/from Montreal or Quebec City. Love it and can't wait to come back! 5 huge stars!

Wonderful stay!! Charming rooms, everything you need included, host and hostess are absolutely charming (exceptional!). Breakfast fit for a king. Walking distance from everything of interest. Can’t find a thing to criticize. An absolute must to complete the Sherbrooke experience.

Incredible decor, wonderful service and lovely owners. I loved my stay here. I had the room 15 which was worth to try. Years of collecting rococo antiques for really fun and nice rooms. Its close to everything in Sherbrooke.

ILE DE GARDE B&B REVIEWS

We enjoyed our short stay here. The room was really spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious and the owners were very friendly and attentive. The building itself is a cool historical building. It's pretty close to downtown Sherbrooke which we only realized after we left.

Great house, reminds us of B&B in Europe. Spotless clean, very careful about Covid and no outside shoes allowed in the house (slippers provided). Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was unique and delicious. If you are in Sherbrooke, stay here.

Had a wonderful stay and would love to return sometime in the future in a different season.

What an amazing place to stay! We booked it very last minute as we were exploring Canada. The house is situated in the woods, built on to the side of a home. The rooms are super modern, clean and functional. Garden has a pool and a hot tub. The hosts were really, really friendly and made us an amazing breakfast. They made us feel so welcome and it had a really superb family vibe. One of the best places I've ever stayed. I would definitely come back!

Geraldine was terrific in making sure that my family and I had the best possible experience. Besides the scenery around, where you are basically in the beautiful Canadian wilderness, the room was spotless and the breakfast presentation, that included Geraldine's uttermost care, was impressive.

We had a lovely time staying here for a weekend getaway over the summer! It's a gorgeous and peaceful space. The homemade breakfasts were truly exceptional and our hosts were terrific! Hospitable and kind!
