Galaxie Diner

This small retro-themed diner has a very fun aesthetic, and all the decorations are perfect for the theme. There was 15 min wait to be seated, but the service was friendly, fast and the food fresh and delicious. The breakfast comes with bottomless hash browns that taste really good and are served steaming hot from the grill. The portions are generous, I ordered the classic eggs Benedict with smoked meat, which was flavourful and filling. I also recommend getting a milkshake with your meal as they are made fresh with Foothills Creamery ice cream and are a great addition to your diner experience.

Great little brunch spot with all-day breakfast and all-day lunch options. I got myself the galaxy burger from the lunch menu and watched the cook prepared my food on the grill while I sat at the bar. Really friendly staff and delicious diner food. The space is tight so I recommend making a reso. Will have to go back again for their milkshakes!

I wanted to share my experience at the Galaxie Diner. Not only was the food delicious but the service was great. Sean our server gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful and kind. All the staff were constantly checking in and it was a terrific atmosphere. Will definitely be returning and hope to get Sean as our server again.,
